Position: Remote Call Center Representative

Evolution Sports Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Call Center Representative. As a full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers and provide prompt and professional assistance

• Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers

• Accurately enter and update customer information in our database

• Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns

• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals

• Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
