JOB DETAILS

Are you an experienced call center representative? Do you enjoy helping people and providing excellent customer service?

  • Pay: $16/Hr. Weekly Pay
  • Schedule: Will be assigned a 8-Hr. Shift M-S between 8a-8p.

    What You’ll Do:
  • Assist patients with prescription medications.
  • Receive inbound or make outbound calls while providing quality service and empathetically listening.
  • Utilize call center software to complete account research and update notes.
  • Place calls to insurance companies on behalf of patient needs.
  • Adhere to call center metrics and HIPAA regulations..
    Requirements:
  • Previous Call Center experience. (1 + year )
  • Previous experience with high-volume calls - Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must have QUIET LOCATION in home to work.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Computer proficient (able to learn new software and navigate multiple screens)
  • High School Diploma or GED
