Key Responsibilities
• Oversee accounts receivable processes, including the timely invoicing of clients and efficient payment processing.
• Manage accounts payable, ensuring that all invoices and bills are settled promptly to uphold positive relationships with vendors.
• Maintain and monitor vendor accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues with diligence.
• Accurately update and categorize bank transactions on a daily basis to ensure precise financial records.
• Regularly reconcile bank statements to maintain the integrity of financial documentation throughout the fiscal year.
• Support financial reporting and analysis efforts, aiding in strategic decision-making processes.

Required Skills
• Demonstrated experience as a Bookkeeper or in a comparable role.
• Proficient in accounting software, with a preference for candidates familiar with Zoho Books.
• Strong grasp of fundamental accounting principles.
• Knowledge of GA Tax Law is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively managing and prioritizing tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in bookkeeping or a related field is essential.
