Job description: A managed IT service company in the Fort Worth, Texas area is looking to bring on a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist to join their team on a contract to hire basis.
In this role they are ideally looking for an IT support professional with some previous IT support experience and having excellent communication skills. Relevant experience includes working with Windows, Teams, O365, Outlook/Exchange email troubleshooting, Active Directory and Group Policy specifically user management, user access, password resets, and Remote Desktop Support for users.Contract Duration: 6 months, contract to hireRequired Skills & Experience
- 1+ years’ experience in an information technology support role, with a preference for help desk experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues, focusing on Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and general computer hardware and software.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote desktop protocols.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Daily Responsibilities
- 100% Hands On – Supporting users with technical issues focusing on Windows OS, Microsoft office, general hardware and software support.
