Salesforce Report Developer (CRM Analytics) - Remote Contract - Part Time

<p>Resource 1 is in need of an experienced <strong>Salesforce Report Developer/ Analyst</strong> with expertise in <strong>CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics),</strong> Lightning Reports, Dashboards, and the ability to work with complex data. This is a part-time contract (20 - 25 hours per week) and majority of development can be done in off-hours. <strong>NO THIRD PARTIES PLEASE. </strong> The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building recipes and lenses in CRM Analytics,<strong> </strong>familiarity with reading and interpreting<strong> SQL scripts</strong> of medium to high complexity, and a deep understanding of data analysis within Salesforce environments. In this role, the candidate will contribute to the reporting functions that support the business's data-driven decision-making processes. Experience in Higher Education and fundraising organizations is a plus.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Key Responsibilities</em></strong><em>:</em></p><p><br></p><p><em>Salesforce Reporting</em>: Build and optimize operational reports using <strong>Salesforce CRM Analytics (reports/ recipes/ lenses) and Lightning reports.</strong></p><p><em>Dashboards &amp; Lightning Reports</em>: Create dynamic, user-friendly dashboards and Lightning reports that help stakeholders analyze key metrics.</p><p><em>SQL Scripting &amp; Analysis</em>: Read, understand, and reverse-engineer medium to high-complexity SQL scripts for reporting purposes. <strong>Transform SQL scripts into effective Salesforce reporting functions</strong>.</p><p><em>Data Analysis</em>: Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable data insights.</p><p><em>Problem-Solving</em>: Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reporting outputs.</p><p><em>Learning &amp; Development</em>: Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and work within new data domains.</p><p><em>Mentoring &amp; Knowledge Transfer</em>: Mentor existing team members in Salesforce CRM Analytics and Lighting reporting.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Requirements</em></strong><em>:</em></p><p><br></p><ul><li>7+ years of overall experience with Salesforce, including report/ dashboard development.</li><li>Recent experience with Salesforce reporting tools (<strong>CRM Analytics, </strong>Lightning Reports, Dashboards) and rolling out reports to users.Strong knowledge and experience in reading and interpreting SQL scripts.</li><li>Ability to reverse-engineer medium to high-complexity SQL queries and transform them into Salesforce reporting functions.</li><li>Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its data structure/ objects.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.</li><li>Experience working with large datasets and integrating various data sources for reporting.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Pluses</em></strong><em>:</em></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience within <strong>Higher Education </strong>or <strong>Fundraising organizations</strong>.Experience with Common Table Expressions (CTE).</li><li>Experience with Oracle PL/SQL development (queries/ views/ procedures).</li><li>Familiarity with Tableau and Cognos BI for building reports and visualizations.</li><li>Salesforce certifications in CRM Analytics or reporting functions.</li><li>Experience with Kindsight Ascend.</li></ul><p></p>
