If you enjoy working with people, have great organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their dry cleaning and laundry needs.

• Receive and inspect garments, noting any special instructions or concerns and tagging those that may need hand spotting or stain treatment.

• Ensure orders are accurately tagged to be laundered or dry cleaned.

• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and payments.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Follow the Company protocol for new customer sign-ups.

• Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or retail (preferred but not required).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.

• Comfortable using computers and POS systems.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday-Friday from 8:45am-6pm including occasional Saturdays from 10am-5pm when needed.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as necessary.
