Position Overview:

Qualifications and Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required. • Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. • Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking while on calls. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home. • Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus but not mandatory.
