**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Answering client inquiries and providing product information in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Providing excellent customer care and focus, with a strong emphasis on assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
* Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
* Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, with a strong emphasis on responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on verbal and written communication
* Basic computer skills and experience, with a focus on proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
