As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our Customer Experience team, handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers across the country. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a steady volume of incoming calls from customers, navigating multiple systems, and providing comprehensive solutions to complex healthcare-related issues. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers, providing exceptional customer service and support

* Provide real-time support during time-sensitive situations, ensuring that customers receive the help they need when they need it most

**What We Look For**

To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Ability to successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class, with a strong focus on developing your skills and knowledge in healthcare customer service
* High-speed internet and a distraction-free work environment, ensuring that you can focus on providing exceptional customer support
* Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
* Great problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues
* Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet productivity standards
* High school diploma, GED, or college degree, with a strong focus on developing your skills and knowledge in healthcare customer service
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and management
* Availability to work weekends, with a flexible schedule that meets the needs of our customers and clients

**Compensation and Benefits**
The estimated salary range for this role is $16.50/hour, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives based on performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, based on business need.
