Job Summary

As a Part-Time Virtual Data Entry and Administrative Assistant at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will work independently and collaboratively with our team to collect, organize, and update data from various sources, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete forms, enrollments, and other documents accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Collect and organize data from various sources, including electronic and paper records, to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Communicate with customers, patients, and team members in a patient, helpful, and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist with order entry processes to ensure timely processing of requests and accurate data management.
  • Conduct clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents, spreadsheets, and other records.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data collection processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information during data handling, in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficient in data entry with a strong understanding of office procedures and best practices.
