We are seeking an experienced React Web Developer with a strong foundation in front-end development and a passion for building high-quality user interfaces. Key Responsibilities As a member of our front-end development team, you will: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable features using React.js • Build reusable and maintainable components with React Hooks and modern JavaScript practices • Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI based on Figma mockups • Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or comparable tools • Integrate frontend components with RESTful and GraphQL APIs • Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across various browsers and screen sizes • Work closely with engineering, design, and product teams in an Agile environment • Write clean, well-tested code with unit and integration test coverage • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to front-end scalability initiatives Required Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing modern web applications • At least 3 years of production-level experience with React.js • Comprehensive understanding of React.js and the contemporary JavaScript ecosystem • Demonstrated expertise in building performant, accessible, and responsive interfaces • Strong grasp of browser behavior, optimization techniques, and debugging tools • Proficiency in Git-based workflows and Agile development methodologies • A proactive, ownership-driven approach to feature development and deployment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams • Experience working in fast-paced, iterative development environments • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience Primary Technologies • React.js (Hooks, Context API, React Router) • Next.js • TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 • Redux or equivalent state management solutions • Tailwind CSS, styled-components • REST and GraphQL APIs • Git, Webpack, npm, VS Code Preferred Additional Experience • Node.js • Storybook, Framer Motion, and other animation libraries • SEO best practices and structured data implementation • CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Vercel, or Netlify • Performance optimization tools (e.g., Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools) • Accessibility (WCAG) and internationalization (i18n) practices Salary: $150k - $190k/yr plus bonus and equity.
