Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers achieve their business goals through our products and services. You'll work in a fully remote environment, providing top-notch support via multiple channels, including Zoom, phone, email, and online chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and Support: Guide customers through our defined onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our services and products.
  • Product and Service Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed information about our offerings and services.
  • Multi-Channel Support: Deliver exceptional customer support via Zoom, phone, email, and online chat, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Problem Resolution: Analyze customer issues, determine the root cause, and provide effective solutions, expediting corrections or adjustments as needed.
  • Knowledge Base Management: Develop, update, and maintain our knowledge base and related customer support documents, ensuring accurate and accessible information for customers and team members.
  • Collaboration and Escalation: Direct requests and unresolved issues to designated resources, ensuring customer needs are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Essential Qualifications and Abilities

  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic internet technology and small business online marketing concepts.
  • Insurance and Financial Services Knowledge: Knowledge of insurance and financial services is a plus, but not required.
  • Problem-Solving and Analysis: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring error-free support and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

Location and Work Requirements

This is a 100% remote job, and you must be based in one of the following US states:

  • Washington
  • California
  • Utah
  • Iowa
  • New Jersey
  • North Carolina
  • Florida

As a full-time W2 position, you'll work Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm Eastern Time. We're open to candidates from various US time zones, as long as you can meet the required work hours.
