  • Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, demonstrating your knowledge of our services and policies

  • Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating your ability to adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, showing your capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with a two-week advance notice, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business needs
  • Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional service and support in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), showing your ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center, demonstrating your knowledge of customer service principles and practices
