Technology Advisory Architect

This role is remote-friendly.

You will play a key part in enabling growth within the data, analytics and AI space reporting directly to the Head of Tech Advisory Services. The key responsibilities include managing a set of clients data transformation programs, provide guidance on platform, tooling, and AI. Thus enabling our clients to stay current with tech and derive value from their data assets.

We are looking for an experienced Data Growth / Solutions Architect to lead a set of accounts for our diverse portfolio of US and global clients. You will be responsible for enabling a future ready architecture, bringing thought leadership while ensuring seamless execution across multiple teams, geographies, and client stakeholders. You will have experience speaking with C-Level and n-1s and managing high-visibility programs in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities:

Overall Account Growth

  • Develop account plans based on client's current plans for data, technology and AI

  • Enable thought leadership discussions at key points within client's data journey

  • Bring forward the right stories needed to take forward with the right stakeholders

  • Be comfortable holding a target of $10M

Program Strategy & Planning

  • Develop comprehensive program strategies and roadmaps as needed for clients

  • Lead cross-functional planning sessions with creative, strategy, data analytics, technology, and media teams to ensure integrated program delivery

Client Relationship Management

  • Be the primary contact for assigned client stakeholders, building trust and maintaining strategic relationships across multiple markets

  • Facilitate regular client communications, including client stakeholder presentations, program reviews, and weekly status sessions

  • Help the working team navigate complex client organizational structures and cultural considerations for global programs

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead matrixed teams of 15-30 professionals across multiple disciplines, including creative directors, strategists, data scientists, developers, and media planners

  • Foster collaboration between our teams and external partners, including vendors, production companies, and technology providers

Program Execution & Delivery

  • Oversee program execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines across all workstreams

  • Manage program budgets ranging from $3M+, including forecasting, tracking, and optimization recommendations

  • Implement risk management strategies and contingency planning for complex, multi-phase programs

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of IT experience with background on enabling growth on accounts in the data, cloud, analytics and AI space

  • Track record managing programs exceeding $3M in total investment

  • Experience working with Fortune 500 clients and global brands

  • Experience presenting to executives

  • Experience overseeing and ensuring delivery large Data / AI Transformation programs

  • Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar)

  • Familiarity with marketing technology stack including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, data management and eCommerce tools

  • Experience managing large, diverse teams in matrixed environments

The annual base salary range for this position is $163,000-$263,350. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
