Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Social Media & Design – SEO Focus)
I'm a UK-based marketing consultancy specialising in SEO, and we're looking for support building personal brands and growing social media accounts on LinkedIn with high-quality, consistent content.
I'm looking for a reliable and creative virtual assistant (Filipino VA is welcome) to support me with social media content creation, design, and research.
An Example of What You’ll Do
Create 5 high-quality social media assets per week (mainly for LinkedIn)
Write short captions or copy for posts based on prompts or existing materials
Design engaging graphics using tools like Canva or similar
Repurpose existing content into new formats (e.g. carousels, quotes, infographics)
Do light research around SEO trends or stats to support content
Follow and apply brand guidelines (voice, tone, colours, etc.)
Who You Are
A self-starter with strong graphic design skills (Canva is fine)
Confident in writing or editing short, snappy social media copy in English
Familiar with LinkedIn content (bonus if you’ve managed personal brands before)
Knowledgeable about or interested in SEO and digital marketing
Organised, consistent, and able to meet deadlines
Comfortable with tools like Google Drive, Canva, LinkedIn scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, or native scheduler)
Nice to Have (but not required)
Experience working with marketing consultants or small businesses
Basic understanding of SEO (keywords, on-page optimisation, etc.)
Experience editing short-form video content (optional but great!)
Once we have found the right person, hours will typically increase
