Description: • Serve as Oak Street Health’s subject matter expert on integration of Virtual Specialty Care into Primary Care models • Lead Oak Street Health’s virtual specialty care strategy and day-to-day operations of RubiconMD (eConsult platform) • Manage RubiconMD P&L and drive financial impact through top- and bottom-line initiatives • Lead sales & marketing, business development, operations, clinical operations, and specialist network strategy • Coordinate across RubiconMD, Oak Street, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to design and implement eConsult programs • Monitor KPIs including eConsult volume, avoided external specialty utilization, diagnostic accuracy, and care model outcomes • Manage a team of Lead Directors overseeing RubiconMD functions • Collaborate with Oak Street and CVS Healthcare Delivery leadership to define and execute future virtual specialty care vision • Leverage marketplace trends to guide program design and expansion to external clients • Drive innovation in medical cost management by integrating Primary and Specialty Care Requirements: • 10+ years of relevant experience (operations, change management, consulting, and/or growth leadership roles) • Experience leading and developing people in large teams • Proven team leadership: build high-performing teams, manage and develop talent, influence stakeholders • Proven leadership setting strategic direction and managing complex programs across multidisciplinary teams • Ability to work independently and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment • Strong facilitative leadership and business problem solving skills • Ability to analyze data and use it to improve care delivery • Structured problem-solving skills to identify root causes and develop recommendations • Ability to prioritize competing objectives, meet deadlines, and communicate updates effectively • Self-starter with high accountability for care outcomes • Proven financial acumen and ability to achieve budget goals and financial targets • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities • Independent problem-solving skills • Able to build enduring relationships with business and clinical partners • Flexible and positive attitude; focus on creating an unmatched patient experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Benefits: • Affordable medical plan options • 401(k) plan (including matching company contributions) • Employee stock purchase plan • No-cost programs (wellness screenings, tobacco cessation, weight management programs, confidential counseling, financial coaching) • Paid time off • Flexible work schedules • Family leave • Dependent care resources • Colleague assistance programs • Tuition assistance • Retiree medical access • Other benefits depending on eligibility Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
