Position Responsibilities • Train Team Leads to provide top-notch customer service and build a positive team environment. • Manage the daily activities of various Customer Service departments. • Partner with other Managers and with Team Leads to enhance team performance. • Evaluate team procedures and identify areas for improvement. • Review performance reports and suggest ways to increase efficiency. • Resolve escalated customer issues promptly. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s degree. • 3+ years of customer service management experience. • Demonstrated ability to effectively coach and develop a high-performing team.
