Debt Negotiations Coach

We are seeking a results-driven Debt Negotiations Coach to lead and support a high-performing team. In this role, you will focus on developing team members, optimizing processes, and strengthening relationships with our creditor partners. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, coaching experience, and a background in financial services to help drive performance and ensure alignment with company goals. Compensation: $26.00-28.00 an hour, dependent on experience. Location: Remote- Must reside within the United States. Responsibilities: • Perform regular audits of agents' work to ensure accuracy and quality. • Identify and coach agents on areas of opportunity. • Assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each departmental process and ensure they are consistently followed. • Participate in weekly and monthly calls with business partners to foster and improve relationships. • Collaborate with business leaders to achieve monthly targets and objectives. • Ensure all company policies are followed. • Other duties as assigned by leadership. Requirements: • Previous experience in a Financial services environment. • Debt Settlement experience is a plus. • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Google Suite. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to execute projects with multiple changing priorities. Education: • High school diploma or equivalent required.
