Global Merchant Services (GMS) Marketing is dedicated to bringing buyers and sellers together and transforming how American Express is welcomed. GMS Marketing is responsible for partnering with GMS markets to drive profitable growth, accelerate Merchant acceptance and enhance the value of Amex acceptance to Merchants and Card Members at scale. Responsibilities could include:
• Develop/support best-in-class, data-driven marketing strategies and communications to engage merchants, accelerate welcomed acceptance and drive perceptions of coverage.
• Create and deliver a series of new or expanded marketing journeys and experiences
• Manage and help drive the end-to-end strategy, development and execution of new/emerging marketing campaigns and strategies
• Leverage relevant and engaging content, insights, offers, and solutions to deepen merchant engagement and satisfaction
• Collaborate across business units to develop holistic strategies that create and deliver value for merchants to encourage warm card acceptance, and develop Card Member campaigns and initiatives to change spend behavior
• Drive innovation and strategy by leveraging data to inform a more targeted marketing approach
Qualifications:
• Highly motivated and organized self-starter who excels at working in white space, with a track record for delivering quality results
• Creative thinker with intellectual curiosity and a passion for leveraging insights
• Excellent project management skills, with ability to move multiple projects forward in parallel with minimal supervision
• Effective communicator and influencer with ability to structure and deliver presentations to different audiences
• Strong business acumen, independent decision-making ability, and proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to be flexible and respond to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment
• Dedicated team-player with effective collaboration and partnership skills across internal and external stakeholders

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
