Description As an integral part of our clinic, you will be responsible for responding to patients’ questions and needs by efficiently editing, canceling, and rescheduling appointments according to established protocols. You will regularly review physician schedules to maximize capacity and ensure accurate scheduling. Additionally, you will create testing orders for patients and manage the distribution of these orders via fax or mail based on patient requests.
