Position: Sales Representative – HR Services (100% Commission, Remote)

We are expanding and looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Representative to join our team on a 100% commission basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-activity, cold-calling from home and is passionate about helping small businesses succeed through better HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect: Identify and target small business owners and decision-makers through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach.
• Build Relationships: Engage prospects, understand their HR challenges, and educate them on how our services can support their business growth and compliance needs.
• Manage Pipeline: Maintain organized records of leads, activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Close Deals: Conduct discovery calls and virtual meetings to present service packages, prepare proposals, and secure new client agreements.
• Meet and Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Collaborate: Partner with Owner/CHRO to refine messaging and campaigns and share feedback from the market.
Qualifications:
• Proven success in outbound sales or cold-calling-heavy roles (B2B experience strongly preferred).
• Excellent communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive over the phone and via email.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and articulate HR services and solutions to business owners.
• CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
• Prior experience selling professional services (HR, accounting, legal, staffing, etc.) is a major bonus.
Compensation:
• 100% commission-based compensation structure with uncapped earning potential.
