About the position
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
• Management of three conference rooms.
• Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling phone systems.
• Coordinate vendor management and maintain relationships with service providers.
• Assist in human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
• Implement organizational systems to improve workflow and efficiency within the office.
• Prepare reports and assist in project management as required.
• Unlock doors remotely from phone.
Requirements
• Proven 1-3 years experience in office management or administrative roles.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Standout interpersonal skills - professional while also friendly and enthusiastic.
• Strong organization skills - able to manage time and prioritize among multiple tasks and projects.
• Flexible and adept to shifting work priorities and responsibilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable managing confidential matters with discretion.
• Conscientious and can work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
