Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, including requirements gathering, technical workshops, testing, migrating configurations between environments and managing releases.
• Deep understanding of payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI DSS).
• Experience with various payment gateways and payment methods.
• Ability to design and implement solutions for recurring payments, subscriptions, and other payment flows.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially other relevant clouds.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development languages (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, including APIs and custom integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in Salesforce solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.
Nice-to-haves
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
