Role Description
Kaiser Permanente’s Contact Center Systems and Applications team within the National Health Plan Member Services organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Campaign Manager Consultant to execute and close important health plan and clinical related communications campaigns, via voice calls, text messages and emails to our members.
• Run daily reports, monitor source data files and campaign outcomes
• Provide production support, maintain and update documentation
• Collaborate closely with vendors and internal partners
• Conduct release production testing
• Opportunity to develop outbound campaigns across various channels
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum three (3) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field
• OR Master's degree in Business, Public Health, or a directly related field and Minimum one (1) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field
• OR Minimum six (6) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field
