Remote Customer Support & Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary: As a Customer Support & Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries, resolving problems in a timely manner, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service inquiries via telephone, email, or other channels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including creating and editing patient records
- Initiate outbound calls to patients, prescribers, or partners to collect information or provide updates
- Document all interactions in our database system and escalate issues as necessary
- Adhere to quality, production, and turnaround standards associated with assigned programs
- Report adverse events and other issues in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in specialty pharmacy, pharmacy benefit management, or patient assistance programs a plus
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software systems
