About the Opportunity:

Join a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative team focused on advancing an AIOps platform to enhance the resilience of the CVS Wellbeing framework. You will work closely with subject matter experts and colleagues to develop and scale AI and machine learning solutions that proactively identify, anticipate, and recommend solutions for potential issues before they impact the system. Your contributions will directly improve the proficiency, reliability, and performance of CVS Wellbeing's IT operations.

As an AI/Data Scientist, you will collaborate with team members using a coordinated approach to tackle complex challenges through the application of AI and statistical analysis. Under guidance, you will develop models leveraging AI, Deep Learning, and other comparative innovations to analyze data on equipment and software systems within a large server foundation to prevent outages and pinpoint errors. You will also play a key role in supporting processes related to system implementation, including the integration of acquired solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain AI/ML models and algorithms.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the design and architecture of AIOps solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to the broader team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience with AI, including experience with data-driven statistical modeling, discriminative techniques, feature extraction and analysis, and machine learning.
  • 2+ years of experience with a programming language such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • 2+ years of experience in data extraction, cleaning, monitoring, and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience handling data from diverse sources and through big data platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS).
  • Experience building and deploying scalable AI models and systems.
  • Experience in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, or other advanced techniques to solve complex business problems.
  • Experience modernizing existing data pipelines by analyzing unstructured data sources and developing new features.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
