Your Core Purpose: This role is strategically chartered with identifying, developing, and nurturing high-value seller relationships to enhance our product selection, optimize pricing strategies, and deliver exceptional value to our customers. You will be a key driver in uncovering product selection gaps and implementing growth strategies to attract and retain top-tier marketplace sellers, ultimately expanding our product offerings and strengthening our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the marketplace segment, including seasonal trends, global dynamics, and competitor activities. Proactively monitor competitor strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Strategic Seller Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential sellers to the Amazon platform through direct outreach, industry events, and compelling presentations.
  • Seller Enablement & Best Practices: Provide guidance to sellers on best practices for online selling, leveraging data-driven insights to improve delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and overall business outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address seller challenges, resolve issues, and foster a collaborative ecosystem.
  • Growth Strategy Execution: Develop and execute targeted growth strategies to attract new sellers and expand product categories.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Marketplace Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to identify gaps in our product selection and recommend strategies to fill those gaps.
  • Competitive Landscape Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

What You'll Bring:

  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Sales Expertise: 1-3 years of proven success in enterprise-level sales, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets through a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
  • E-commerce Passion: A strong interest in promoting new and innovative merchandise to new markets.
  • Exceptional Communication: Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and maintain a positive, results-driven attitude.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial judgment and the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Analytical Prowess: Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with a comfortable understanding of complex economic data.
  • Influencing Skills: Polished communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

  • 2+ years of direct e-commerce experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in consumer electronics sales.
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience.
