Remote Client General Manager - Media and Entertainment Industry

We are seeking an experienced and creative Client General Manager to support our high-profile entertainment clients in the Production, News, Sports, Music, and Theatricals business. As a key member of our team, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients' strategic needs, identifying and delivering new opportunities, driving client and traveler satisfaction, and creating strategic solutions that promote our capabilities and expertise in the entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our entertainment clients, including news, sports, film, and TV production
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within our clients' organizations
- Conduct strategic account planning, identifying ground-breaking business opportunities that enhance and optimize the customer experience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions, drive growth, and increase retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain our position as a leader in the entertainment travel sector
Requirements:
- Proven success in global account management, client management, or project management, with a focus on the media and entertainment industry
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement growth strategies, build action plans, and set goals
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to handle objections and achieve mutually beneficial solutions
- Advanced software skills (MS Office) and a solid understanding of business travel service delivery technology/tools and processes
- A passion for the entertainment industry, with a strong understanding of the unique needs and challenges of our clients
