About the Role:
- Manage a team of highly technical associates providing support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and other products
- Oversee customer escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions that meet our high standards of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve knowledge management, customer-centric support, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with global teams to prioritize customer requests, share best practices, and drive process improvements
- Provide leadership in problem-solving, coaching, and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in managing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Strong customer focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and apply creative solutions to complex problems
- Commercial Linux experience, knowledge of support systems and tools, and appreciation for open-source software (desired)
