Customer Service Representative (Email and Live Chat) - Remote

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service via email and live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for quality and detail.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and policies, including herbal and natural products.
- Utilize various computer applications, including MS Office, BigCommerce, and Zoho, to manage workflow and communicate with customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to answer questions, obtain information, and share feedback.
- Document and communicate any issues or problems that arise during shifts, and escalate concerns to management as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or email/chat-based environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as other computer applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision, and to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of herbal and natural products, or a willingness to learn.
