Dynamics 365 CRM System Administrator - Remote
Job Summary:
Join our team at JourneyTeam as a Dynamics 365 CRM System Administrator, responsible for managing and optimizing our internal CRM environment, including Power Platform, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Project Operations. As a key member of our IT department, you will ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and security of our CRM system, while providing technical support and training to end-users.Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the Dynamics 365 CRM system, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, enhancements, and user experience.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure system integrity, security, and performance.
- Customize and configure modules to meet business requirements.
- Develop and manage Power Platform tools and automate workflows and processes.
- Optimize and integrate Copilot extensions for the CRM platform.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and assist in review and approval of change requests for the CRM.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM System Administrator.
- Power Platform experience.
- Patience, resilience, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent customer service and support skills in an IT environment.
- Development and coding skills in JavaScript.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Azure DevOps ticketing system.
- Experience with data migration and integration.
- Familiarity with Azure services and cloud computing.
- Knowledge and experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Project Operations Modules.
- Proficiency in Power Platform tools, especially Power Automate.
- Experience with Copilot and Copilot Studio Extensions.
- Knowledge of .NET development.

Career Growth:
- 30 Days: Knowledge transfers, familiarization with systems and processes, and attendance at a CAB review meeting.
- 90 Days: Ownership of approved system enhancements, resolution of system bugs, and continued attendance at CAB review meetings.
- 6 months: Successful completion of a major category CAB-approved enhancement to our Dynamics 365 production environment.
- 1 Year: Understanding and documentation of all system automations and integrations, and ownership of the entire Dynamics 365 CRM environment.
