Executive Assistant, Integrated Planning & Franchise Management - Remote Opportunity

As an Executive Assistant, you will be an integral part of our Integrated Planning & Franchise Management team, driving success and collaboration across various sectors.
The Walt Disney Studios Franchise Management & Integrated Planning team facilitates alignment among the Studio and lines of business across The Walt Disney Company, Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, Home Entertainment, Disney Music Group, and more. About the Role: As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the SVP, Integrated Planning & Franchise Management, and the VP Franchise Management. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and submitting expense reports. You will also develop strong relationships with executive assistants and partners, organize department electronic files, and coordinate essential team documents and databases.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership team
- Develop strong relationships with executive assistants and partners
- Organize and maintain department electronic files and documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Support the team with office resource management and special projects
Requirements:
- 1+ years of administrative experience at the senior management level
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing situations
- Exceptional attention to detail and professionalism in high-pressure situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
