We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations at the iconic Walt Disney World Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering immersive and exceptional guest experiences, while driving operational excellence and team development.

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with guests and cast members to resolve issues and exceed expectations
- Develop and lead a diverse team, recognizing and holding cast members accountable for delivering excellence
- Act as a teacher and developer, taking a sincere interest in the cast's success and growth
- Advocate for change, inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Partner with other leadership teams to drive shared goals and objectives
- Provide operational perspective in project planning and departmental meetings
- Make balanced daily operational decisions benefiting guests, cast members, and business demands
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within Food & Beverage
- Experience with multiple styles of service (Quick Service, Table Service, Concierge, Bar/Lounge, & Pool/Cabanas)
- Ability to lead a team, hold self and others accountable, and manage conflict
- Demonstrated operational guest service experience and skills
- Proficient in basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment
- Understanding of financial aspects of operations, including operating budget, revenue, labor, and inventory systems
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience leading multiple locations simultaneously
- Knowledge of labor management and food cost control
- High-level guest service skills
- Experience in team development
- Experience leading in a union environment
- Bilingual skills
