As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in driving business success through strategic HR leadership, employee engagement, and talent development. This fully remote opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $80,500 - $189,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package and the chance to work with a world-class team.

As a Human Resources Manager at Delta Air Lines, you will be responsible for providing expert HR guidance, support, and solutions to our In-Flight Services team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Anticipating and meeting client needs through proactive HR support and consultation
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement
  • Providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters
  • Managing service delivery systems, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change, process improvement, and strategic initiatives
  • Analyzing HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of HR management experience supporting a business unit or equivalent experience
  • Broad understanding of human resources areas, including compensation, benefits, employment, and organizational development
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions
  • Adaptability and the ability to work successfully across business unit lines and at all levels
  • Effective platform and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage audiences

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business management, or a related field of study
  • PHR/SPHR certification
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
