Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues related to payments, billing, and policy changes
• Handle policy change requests, issue certificates of insurance, and implement changes online
• Provide general phone and email support to customers regarding renewals, cancellations, and insurance carrier requests
• Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and support agency needs

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property and casualty insurance
• Property and Casualty License required
• Experience in personal or commercial lines (or both)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
