Remote Operations Manager - Amazon Work from Home Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and facilities, as well as managing our IT infrastructure and supporting compliance and acquisition efforts.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, opening and distributing mail, and processing office requests
- Develop and implement functional plans, emergency preparedness plans, and project management initiatives
- Manage IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting and communicating with IT vendors, ensuring IT meets industry standards, and evaluating technology projects
- Provide operational guidance to new employees, including onboarding, technology setup, and sharing of systems and practices
- Work with the Deputy Director on risk management and compliance efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with IT management, including hardware and software installation, and network maintenance
