**Premier Service Consultant (Remote)**

As a Premier Service Consultant, you will be the voice of AT&T, working from home and making a meaningful impact on our customers' lives.
This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $19.15 - $21.65 hourly, with average starting earnings of $42,400 per year. About the Role: As a Premier Service Consultant, you will address a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing, and advanced technical support. You will utilize your creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, navigate multiple tools and systems, and provide effective and timely resolutions. Your goal will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience, meet monthly sales goals, and drive customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, listening thoughtfully to customers and utilizing your knowledge of AT&T's products and services to effectively service and retain customers.
- Simplify explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and features of AT&T's products and services.
- Support customers with credit/inbound and outbound collections, activations, customer service, E-services, revenue, fraud, business, and technical/roaming support inquiries.
- Engage with Tier 3 support, third-party vendors, and suppliers to address issues and provide customer resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various customer-impacting issues, including voice and data, that span multiple networks and elements.
Requirements:
- Call center or customer service experience.
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours.
- Verified internet service and an established dedicated work area that meets WFH standards.
- Availability, accessibility, and accountability to work during established work schedules and shifts.
