Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional patient experiences through white-glove service and superior customer service
  • Manage multiple phone lines with high productivity and volume, communicating professionally with medical facilities, patients, and insurance companies
  • Schedule procedures, obtain accurate clinical and demographic information, and provide patients with prep and appointment instructions
  • Collaborate with referring physician offices to schedule patients for procedures and maintain accurate records
  • Work effectively in a virtual teamwork environment, utilizing a centralized phone system and adhering to HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of clinical or scheduling experience, with radiology scheduling experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required, with a formal medical terminology class or equivalent medical office experience a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple phone lines, provide superior customer service, and maintain confidentiality
  • Safe and secure dedicated home office with high-speed internet required
  • Availability to work part-time, Wednesday to Friday (9:30 am - 2:30 pm EST) and Saturday (8:00 am - 1:30 pm EST)
