Our innovative approach combines manufacturing and distribution to meet the unique needs of our customers. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating demand for our sleep and respiratory products, as well as software solutions, and driving sales growth in a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Northern California market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, clinicians, and durable medical equipment companies
  • Conduct regular sales calls, education, and training to customer accounts, both in-person and virtually
  • Manage territory budget to maximize customer impact and achieve sales quotas
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve account-specific objectives and improve the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in medical sales, specifically within the durable medical equipment market
  • Proven track record of sales success in the sleep and respiratory durable medical equipment market
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities
