Position Overview
We're looking for a proactive and organized individual to provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and initiatives. As a Virtual Project Assistant, you will be responsible for managing program data, assisting with grant submissions, conducting research, and coordinating logistics for events and meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and maintain comprehensive program data, reports, and trackers to ensure operational efficiency
- Assist with the development of grant submissions and programmatic reports
- Conduct thorough research on policy, demographics, and historical data to elevate project outcomes
- Organize and oversee key project trackers, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met with precision
- Ensure that all external written communications adhere to quality standards and convey consistent messaging
- Manage requests and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and events
- Provide administrative support for logistical arrangements for events, both virtually and in-person when necessary
- Collaborate closely with the Project Director and team to fulfill our organizational objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that reflect professionalism and clarity
- Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- An adaptable mindset, capable of managing shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to productivity
- Lived experience as a parent or caregiver of a child facing mental health or behavioral health challenges
- Residency in Pennsylvania
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, including volunteer roles within relevant contexts

Compensation and Benefits
This part-time position offers:
- Competitive hourly wages ranging from $15 to $18
- A family-friendly schedule of Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
