Remote Staffing Scheduling Coordinator - Nights (Full-Time)

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Staffing Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Caring for Family of Companies. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support. This is a remote, full-time position, and we are looking for a candidate who resides in Indiana.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for performing remote on-call scheduling work, ensuring that our organization reaches optimal service for our clients' needs. Your duties will include filling open shifts, responding to emergencies outside of regular office hours, adjusting anticipated schedules, and more. You will work closely with our Operations Manager and collaborate with our team of caregivers and clients to provide exceptional support and care.
Responsibilities:
- Cheerfully welcome and greet clients and caregivers by phone and in-person, building strong relationships and a loyal team
- Foster strong relationships with both clients and caregivers, optimizing schedules to match each client with a compatible caregiver based on their individual needs and preferences
- Creatively staff call-outs and optimize and fill all open shifts daily to ensure zero open hours every week
- Assist caregivers with inquiries on schedule changes, missed clock in/outs, care management platform assistance, and other schedule questions
- Manage and oversee time-off requests, sick time, and shift adjustments, ensuring seamless continuity of care
- Prepare caregivers for shifts with new clients, communicating client service plan needs and personal preferences
- Work weekends and holidays, receiving an additional stipend for your dedication and commitment
