They are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Attorney to join their Employment Team in a fully remote capacity. About the Role: As part of the firm’s Employment Litigation group, you will: • Advocate for workers in cases involving wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. . Qualifications: • Licensed to practice law in California. • Plaintiff-side employment litigation experience preferred • Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills. • Commitment to advancing employee rights and social justice.
