We’re looking to expand our developer bench with professionals who can bring training content to life using brand-aligned design, instructional strategy, and modern tools.
As part of the selection process, we’re asking candidates to complete a short challenge to demonstrate their approach to course development.

Include at least two forms of interactivity (e.g., labeled graphics, scenario-based question, process interaction)
Demonstrate intuitive navigation (keep the learner journey smooth and purposeful)
Use visual communication principles to support comprehension and retention
Ensure your course reflects an understanding of our brand tone and aesthetic
Tip: You may reference public-facing materials such as our YouTube or company website
Include learning objectives and at least one knowledge check
Audience Profile:
Your learner is a new or entry-level contractor beginning their journey into commercial roofing. They may be unfamiliar with roofing terminology, so the tone should be direct, clear, and free of jargon.
