About the position
Responsibilities
• Develop user experience journeys and interfaces aligned to seasonal and fiscal strategies.
• Plan and program content for Nike.com and Nike App, including creative briefs and linking strategies.
• Review creative content and provide feedback based on best practices and strategic goals.
• Ensure content is quality assured and scheduled for timely launches.
• Leverage data and analytics to optimize consumer journeys and drive engagement.
• Inform content creation with in-season learnings to develop effective creative assets.
• Maintain processes with cross-functional stakeholders for successful execution.
• Collaborate and advocate positively across categories and functional partners.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital or brand marketing, preferably in a cross-functional team.
• Strong understanding of website and app brand marketing and project management.
• Knowledge of digital channels including Apps, Email, SEO, and Performance Marketing in an ecommerce context.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while being detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical skills to drive business decisions and marketing optimization.
