Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Live Chat Agent. The Live Chat Agent will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, assisting with sales and support through live chat, and delivering top-notch customer service. The agent will need to resolve customer issues, escalate queries when necessary, and maintain a positive customer experience throughout each chat session.
Qualifications
• Excellent written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and clarity
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
• Customer service experience, preferably with live chat or online support
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn software and tools quickly
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
