The Live Chat Agent will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, assisting with sales and support through live chat, and delivering top-notch customer service. The agent will need to resolve customer issues, escalate queries when necessary, and maintain a positive customer experience throughout each chat session.
