Responsibilities
• Adhere to quality and production standards while complying with all applicable company, state, and federal safety and environmental programs and procedures.
• Follow up on individual workload and take appropriate action when agreed targets are not met.

Requirements
• Must have a private dedicated workspace that is free of distractions.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience in a call center preferred.
• Ability to work in collaboration with a team.
• Proficient in typing.
• Knowledge of MS Suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint) preferred.
• Internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
