About the position The Leasing Coordinator will oversee all leasing operations for a 200-unit affordable housing portfolio in Philadelphia. This role involves managing lead flow, maintaining communication with the Philadelphia Housing Authority, and engaging with prospective tenants to ensure high occupancy rates. Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate all leasing activities for the property portfolio, including tenant communications and lease executions , • Maintain daily communication and collaboration with the Philadelphia Housing Authority and other housing organizations , • Track and manage lead flow, ensuring consistent follow-up with prospective tenants , • Photograph and showcase vacant units, ensuring professional representation , • Schedule and conduct property tours for potential tenants, highlighting key features and amenities , • Meet with tenants to execute lease agreements and assist with onboarding processes , • Develop and implement creative strategies to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates , • Assist with preparing leasing materials, including applications, lease agreements, and move-in packages , • Maintain accurate records of leasing activity in property management software , • Monitor tenant applications and ensure compliance with affordable housing requirements , • Assist in resolving tenant inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent , • 2+ years of experience in leasing or property management preferred , • Familiarity with affordable housing programs and Section 8 housing preferred , • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required , • Experience with property management software (e.g., AppFolio) is a plus Nice-to-haves • Customer service experience (1 year preferred) Benefits • Health insurance , • Dental insurance , • Vision insurance , • Paid time off Apply tot his job
