Dispatcher - CA DL Required

About the position Responsibilities • Supervises Security Officers and ensures high-quality service delivery. • Meets with Branch management and client representatives for status updates and problem resolution. • Coordinates orientation, training, and retention of staff. • Assigns and directs work, coaches employees, and carries out disciplinary actions as necessary. • Maintains a professional environment in compliance with laws and regulations. • Communicates with management regarding scheduling, staffing, and equipment. • Inspects client sites to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with post orders. • Reviews reports for accuracy and assists in payroll and billing processes. • Performs additional tasks as required. Requirements • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone). • Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private). • Must have the legal right to work in the United States. • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English. • Must have a High School Diploma or GED. • Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. • 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. • Knowledge of security operations and procedures. • Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures. • Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance. • Understanding of security and safety devices and controls. • Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions in various forms. • Ability to maintain professional composure in unusual circumstances. • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-haves • Knowledge of local security regulations and compliance standards. • Experience in a supervisory role within the security industry. • Familiarity with security technology and systems.
