Principal Technical Project Manager w/ GOV exp. (REMOTE)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Lead the execution of mid to large-scale client deployments.
• Align solutions with end-user requirements and manage risks.
• Oversee backlog prioritization and feature development.
• Create product requirement documents (PRDs) including feature summaries and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to break down user stories into tasks.
• Participate in deep dives with business stakeholders to understand technical details.
• Review and create process flows to document business processes.
• Interact regularly with customers and stakeholders throughout project phases.
• Ensure the team has an adequate amount of prepared tasks to work on.
• Evaluate product progress at each iteration and plan for future upgrades.
Requirements
• Must be a U.S. resident.
• Prior government experience is required.
• Proven experience managing large, complex projects.
• Previous working experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
• MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field or technical background.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with Miro for process flows.
• Familiarity with Figma for UI/UX design reviews.
