We Are Seeking: A seasoned Line Producer based in New York or New Jersey with a strong background in feature film production. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience or have line-produced at least 3 feature films in New York and worked on budgets ranging from $1 Mn - $10 Mn. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Budget Management – Develop, oversee, and control the production budget, ensuring the project stays financially on track. ✅ Crew Hiring – Source and hire qualified department heads and key crew, maintaining high standards of professionalism and expertise. ✅ Logistics Coordination – Secure locations, manage gear rentals, handle permits, and coordinate on-set and transport logistics. ✅ Production Liaison – Serve as the vital link between the creative team (director, producers) and the production crew; resolve day-to-day challenges effectively. ✅ Daily Operations Oversight – Manage on-set operations, ensuring timely setups, crew readiness, and execution aligned with the production schedule. ✅ Crew Call Management – Help establish accurate crew call times, communicate reporting locations clearly, and maintain daily scheduling logistics.
